Volunteers are the core of Helping Strays that allow the organization to achieve its mission. Volunteers provide support to the staff, the shelter animals, and act as a sustaining resource for the shelter and its endeavors.

Our volunteers are diverse and come from all walks of life. They are teens, students, professionals, stay-at-home parents, retirees, and seniors.  Despite these differences, they all share one thing in common - a passion for helping animals.  If you share this passion, we invite you to sign up as a volunteer.
