Where to go for a personal introduction
Many of our dogs and cats are housed at the Helping Strays shelter conveniently located off IL Rt. 3 between Columbia and Waterloo, IL, just a short drive from St Louis. The shelter houses up to twenty-nine (29) adult dogs and over forty (40) cats.

Offsite Adoption Events
Helping Strays holds off-sight events many weekends during the year. We can be found at community events throughout the county, as well as at St. Louis Metro area pet stores. Please check our calendar for an upcoming event near you.
