Helping Strays is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. We receive no federal, state, or local funding. The Shelter relies on private and corporate contributions to provide for our shelter pets, as well as special events and grant funding. The pets at the shelter have been discarded, displaced and lost, wanting nothing more than to find their forever home. We need your help to make that happen. Helping Strays provides all food, veterinary and medical care, and rehabilitation for each animal to nurse them to a healthy state and make them ready for adoption. Given what a pet gives to their human companion, we look to the support of our community to give back to these pets and give them what they need and deserve.
