Helping Strays will be having an adoption event at the annual PumpkinFest event in Waterloo. Come meet our available dogs and possibly meet your new best friend! PumpkinFest is from 9am-4pm, we will have dogs there from 10am-2pm.

About PumpkinFest: A day filled with old fashioned family fun.  Music, craft and merchant booths, entertainment, games, pumpkin painting, face painting, and more. Food and beverages will be available.
